Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Decathlon account online to select the items you wish to return and generate a digital return label or QR code.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping point using your prepaid label, or bring it directly to your nearest Decathlon store for an instant exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
